Refund and Returns Policy

At VitalityShelf, we want you to feel confident and cared for with every purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most items. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare, supplements, or beauty products unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to try a different product, we recommend returning the original (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund.

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• A photo of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used personal care items
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Custom or limited-edition bundles (unless damaged)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

1. Double-check your bank or credit card account
2. Contact your payment provider—it may take additional time to process
